Absolutely horrible service !!!

Terrible service!! My order is out for delivery for the past couple of days. I called in yesterday and the lady advised me that my order will be delivered to my area today. Today I called in for an update in the evening as it was quite late and it hadn't been delivered yet. This lady advised me that unfortunately the delivery vehicle already left to my area and they didn't take my order and there is nothing that they can do. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional service !!! This thing of them saying they deliver within 24 hours is absolute bull**** !! Its been over 48 hours and I've still not received my parcel despite me calling in and chasing the order. I would not recommend their services to any future customers due to their lack of proper communication and their carelessness. Disgraceful!
