Absolutely disgustingly pathetic.

Absolutely horrible service. Was on hold for over an hour kept being “transferred” to different people. Not a single person helped in anyway to resolve the issue. Was hung up on by customer service a wonderful 15 times. The delivery driver never bothered to check if anyone was home and then when phoned him back to enquire why he said no one was home when my roommate was he then refuses to deliver the package and says it will be delivered on Monday? And then the absolute rudeness of the customer service employees. One lady decidedly kept the line open while checking the tracking number and decided to complain to whoever was next to her about this call which I could hear her as she had not put the call on mute or hold. I have never in my life had such disgusting service and such absolutely rude people. Pathetic.
