Absolutely bad service

Been dealing with this slow ass couriers for a while now, takes more than 10 days for a delivery and the best is that they say they tried to deliver but every time my home security camera shows no one at my house, so what do that say about them. Can not believe poeple stil use them. Bab very bab.
