Absolutely *********** – Avoid Fastway at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Fastway has been nothing short of a nightmare. They are completely unreliable, disorganized, and clearly have no regard for customer service. My parcel was delayed for days with no communication, tracking updates were useless, and getting hold of anyone for assistance felt impossible.

When I finally reached someone, the agent was unhelpful and dismissive. No accountability, no apology, no solution. Just empty promises and zero action. It is clear that Fastway is not equipped to handle even basic logistics, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this company.
