Absolutely Abysmal Service from Fastway Couriers Polokwane Depot

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Fastway Couriers, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I ordered items from an online supplier, and they were shipped on September 4, 2024. The package arrived at the Fastway Polokwane Depot on September 5, 2024, and was marked as outbound for delivery the same day. However, I only received my package on September 17, 2024, despite the fact that the distance between Polokwane and my delivery address is just an hour’s drive.

From September 6 onwards, I called daily to inquire about my parcel, only to be met with a barrage of excuses, lies, and a despicable attitude from a condescending woman named Martie. Her lack of professionalism and empathy was astounding. Each day, I was told that my case had been referred to the so-called Operations Manager, Robert, who proved to be an absolute failure in his role. Despite being assured that my parcel would be delivered, it never was.

Fastway Couriers has demonstrated a complete lack of competence and customer service. Their inability to deliver a package within a reasonable timeframe, coupled with their rude and unhelpful staff, makes them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable courier service.
