**** about attempting delivery several times

Totally unprofessional service. They tried to deliver once and even though I tried calling a d using Ehtsapp to have the order delivered, their tracking showed they attempted to deliver several times. Eventually my package was sent back. Attempted a delivery and once again made no contact but their tracking reflected that they were unable to deliver. I received no calls, no attempt to deliver. They will probably send the package back. They dknt answer calls. The WhatsApp messages are not helpful either. I just want the package delivered! Isnt the their core function????
