About as bad as the post office!!

Useless - unfortunately I recentlyhave had two parcels sent to me using this company, and its the worst delivery service out there

One document sent to me from Johannesburg to Johannesburg for next day delivery - took over a week.

The next one still hasn’t shown up and its over a week again!

Tracking system useless - my parcel was on the truck for delivery 3 days ago and the status hasn’t been updated .

With the first parcel - d’œcuméniste from my bank I complained at the bank - Fastway then called me to arrange a delivery time but never showed for two days

Any company that tries to save a few coppers by using this outfit are just ruining their customer experience - I for one will not buy something if I know that they use Fastway to deliver it
