Abominable Non-Service From Fastway Couriers

I have been dealing with this Company for many years and their service has deteriorated drastically over time. It is now Xmas and I spend most of my time chasing parcels which should have been delivered and were not. Their excuse is 'we are very busy' - so I am assuming their customers must be satisfied with their failure to deliver on time because 'they are very busy'. This is unacceptable to me (a customer of long standing) and it should be unacceptable to them. Now I cannot phone them because they have introduced a WhatsApp number to which they do not respond. Abominable 'non-service'. They are just a waste of time and I will be taking my business to The Courier Guy next year. I had to give them one star on your system but they do not deserve any stars.
