Abigail is a star

I had a problem with my parcel not being given after I was told that I was advised that I will receive my parcel this morning, after being given the run around when calling. I got through to Abigail thou she didn't have too, she went to see where my parcel is and told me the reason it had not been delivered and ensured everything was done correctly. <br> <br> thank you so much Abigail, thou I didn't receive my parcel but the customer services you had given me today just made me happy.<br>
