Abandoned Deliveries (unprofessional driver/s)

Fastway couriers as whole offer a decent service and and are competent. Although the same can't be said for their drivers.

My most recent [expected] delivery is, although within its waiting period, is delayed. I missed a call from a driver: +***8 (wouldn't disclose his name). I called back less than 2 (two) minutes after and the call was blocked. I called from a different number and a groggy man answered the phone saying he already left. He sounded asleep and clearly wasn't on the road. He sounded as though he was in bed.

I don't know their driver policy, but as a company, there should be some leniency / waiting period whereby a driver waits at a delivery address at the very least for 5 minutes before departing, should they be unable to make contact on arrival. They should then attempt again before leaving.
