A terrible first experience

I placed an order on Temu, fastway is the courier service I was offered, I could not request my own delivery provider... I've never heard or seen fastway courier before, so this is my first time dealing with them.. My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday already to date nothing has been received. When I called the fastway office number today I was sent from pillar to post and then they cut the call. When I tried calling back the call kept disconnecting. After I wrote a review on Temu's website, fastway contacted me and confirmed my address and said I would receive my package today and to keep my phone handy because they apparently tried to deliver but couldn't get through to me as I didn't answer my phone.. I've just had an operation so I'm stuck in bed with my phone right next to me, I have not missed any calls.. I'm disgusted in the service received...
