A SOE would be better. Next time get a carrier ***eon to deliver.

I never knew Fastway was an SOE - They don't answer email queries, they don't answer the phone. It is impossible to get hold of ANYONE at their depot despite 10 calls. My parcel has been stuck in JHB and is being shunted from bay to bay - each time it misses the drivers pickup meaning that something that arrived in JHB on the 14/12/2022 is STILL being shunted around on the 19th and WILL I can almost guarentee miiss the pickup on the 20/12/2022 ... I have paid for the goods, am waiting so I can deliver the goods to a customer who closes tomorrow and I want to close and go away. Never had the displeasure of such an inefficient organisation - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
