A sh*t show. Poor customer service and late deliveries

My Temu order has been chilling at the depot for an entire week. Initially they claimed I gave them the incorrect address, which I confirmed was correct. Now customer service cannot explain why my parcel has been at the depot for a week, no real reason given other than ‘we have thousands of packages arriving daily’. Well no sh*t Sherlock!! ETA according to Temu is scheduled for 26 August which is ridiculous to say the least! Temu should stop using their services, I’ve never had issues with the other courier companies.

It is safe to say FastWay is actually SlowWay. They’ve surpassed South Africa Post Office, in being the absolute worst in every aspect of delivery. Don’t ever use their service.
