A rude, arrogant and *********** manager

As a sales lady I normally get my parcel delivered by fastway Couriers and I get it every Friday around 12 during the day, I've been working well with James (the driver) and my Thursday have been reserved for receiving and delivering. On the 29th of September (Thursday) just before 12 I received a phone call from the unknown number, I answered but the person on the other side couldn't hear me, few minutes I received an email that fastway couldn't deliver my parcel. I recharged then call the office, surprisingly I was told the manager (Pretoria manager) couldn't get hold of me hence my delivery was canceled for the day, yet he called me once and he had a signal problem.

The office put me through to talk to him, he rudely told me he had other customers to attend to that's why he left then he hanged up. I called again no one picked up even the office, I chose different options no one answered.

Today is Friday it is almost 9 I haven't received a confirmation email saying that my parcel has been dispatched for today. I assume I will get it when the manager feels like delivering it. In the meantime he's costing me business with his arrogance and incompetency.
