A rude and very arrogant

A driver of Fastways, Thabiso, driving a bakkie with a registration number HM 51 GK GP parked in front of the driveway of the complex. I asked him t move so that I could get in. After he moved, he reversed to block off the drive way again and not seeing there was a another car coming as well. He was rude and very arrogant.
