A pathetic courier service

What a pathetic service, it has taken them multiple days to even collect the parcels. There has been no communication from their side on when they will come to pick the parcels up and then it takes up to a week after constant messaging from our side requesting the collection. I am utterly disappointed. It is degrading the image of my business all because they can't send a driver out at a acceptable time.
