A bit of a dissapointment

I've never had a bad experience with Fastway couriers until recently when I ordered from Mr Price. The parcel was scanned out for delivery on Wednesday the 29th of September and was not delivered and no word from the courier. Thursday it was scanned out again for delivery and I thought he would probably start with parcels he couldn't deliver the previous day but nothing came again. On Friday I checked again on their system and the parcel was yet again on delivery. I tried calling the courier to get an ETA but he couldn't answer and ended up sending him a message to make sure he delivers my parcel. The parcel only got delivered when I called their call centre and complained. Not sure what went wrong as I've always had positive experience with Fastway when I have stuff being delivered at my workplace.
