A bit frustrating but delivery resolved thanks to a great staff member!

This review would have ended up in the severe negative as many of the reviews for this company are, had it not been for the impeccable service received from Bontle, yesterday. She truly strove for excellent customer service and was able to direct that the package be delivered between specific times. Unfortunately the driver kept trying to deliver the package around 07h00 in the morning, due to the delivery route - when we are doing school drop-offs.
