Fastway have delivered to my home multiple time's. Today I requested a collecting from Parow to Stellenbosch and they don't do once-off collections. My problem wasn't with the fact they have this policy it was the fact that it took 7minutes and 49 seconds to answer the call! I asked about the delay and was politely informed they deal with the drivers first. I would have thought your customers would be first considering without using your services you wouldn't have drivers!!! Think carefully about where you place your customers.
