7days and no delivery

I've been waiting for my parcel from Fastway for the past 7days and there has been no word from them,I emailed the person responsible for deliveries and shee still hasn't gotten back to me. I'm losing business because of this. What is the meaning of 'fast' I think they should trade their trading name to 'snail couriers'. <br> <br> I hate what AvonJustine did and changed me to this ****ty courier I've never had problems with Fast+Furious,Change me back to them!! I'm so sick of this ****!!
