4 Days wait for 1 hour drive, Why?????
Im so disappointed with these couriers, I ordered an item on the 12th of January its now 17 January and the item is in Springbok now as it stopped there on the 14th of January, I literally live 110 km from Springbok and now earlier I got a message via Whatsapp saying that my ietm will be delivered on Thursday thats now 3 days from today and than I rep**** and than got a message saying my area is a grey area and item will only be delivered on Friday 4 days from today. How the heck does this work??? I mean Springbok is an hours drive from us why does it take 4 days?????? Please assist me in getting my item here as they dont even know what day it will be here. The item is needed urgently please assist.

But atleast I got a message as you call out all your airtime to get hold of them all day and than when you do they dont even know where package is when you speak with consultant. Had to ask the company who I baught online from to find out whats going on and he did actually find out so my package is due tomorrow according to fastway so thank you Technomobi for sorting out my problem as im very happy with your store and you actually got the location and delivery day of my package you are great. But to fastway you have to train your consultants better please. I got this message after I already found out delivery day from my store where I made my purchase I got this from fastway “Good Day .Kindly note Aggeneys is one of our outlaying area .Delivery time 5-7 working days .Regards” well at least I got a reply from fastway today. But they say 5 to 7 workdays for outlaying areas so today is the 7th work day so my package is one day late so actually it must be written as 5 to 8 work days. Please fastway do something to make your services better after this bad service I got from you. Thank you anyway.
