4 Days to courier

<p>Good Day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unsatisfied with Fastway Service. I took 4 days to have something courier from Pretoria to Johannesburg (tracking number: NA ********** 664) </p> <p> </p> <p>When I tracked the parcel on their website with in one day the parcel went from Pretoria to Johannesburg's Depot. 3 days later the parcel is still at the Johannesburg Depot. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldve been easier and less time consuming if i just drove to Pretoria and fetched the parcel myself.</p> <p>I had to phone the Johannesburg Depot to find out what the problem is, fortuently the lady I spoke to was very helpful and arranged that the parcel be delivered today (03/03/2017) before 5. </p> <p>I appreciate her efforts but I refuse to use Fastway again. </p>
