This company called me at 12H45 saying they are delivering a parcel and where is my address. Mind you the address is on the parcel. I said I will be home 14H00 and the driver said he can't deliver.

He took the order back saying I rejected the order. Why need to lie?

Now they keep sending me emails saying I need to update the address using their *** number. Their *** channel is a no reply nobody attends to that channel. Their *** also is a no reply. They are not contactable.

How I will get my parcel I don't know. These are terrible people
