3 weeks, still waiting...

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a parcel to be delivered from Jhb to Kby. We were told it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. A form had to be filled out a week ago to query the delivery and we are still waiting for that reply as well. I would strongly advise poeple to stay away from this company.
