3 days or more from Isando to Sandton !!!

Fastway couriers seem to be a very poor courier company. They claim to be the fastest growing of it's kind in South Africa but the quality of their staff is poorly lacking. My parcel (ZA***) has been booked out from the Isando (johannesburg depot) for 3 days straight and returned everytime because the driver(Clayton) can't make his rounds. He's cellphone keeps ringing with a full voicemail box proving he never answers. How long does it take to take a parcel from isando to sandton if you as the courier are only responsible for one small area?! This is ridiculous. I'll never buy from an online business again that uses Fastway. How the hell do you deliver a package to a company well after 17h00 and expect the doors to be open? Is the driver hanging out at a shebeen all day?
