20 out of 10 for FastWay going the extra mile for me when I made a human error!

Absolutely amazing! I made a human error and put the wrong address on the wrong parcel - luckily the depot hadn't sent same yet, but ALL hands were on board and the parcel was delivered yesterday. To a very far off address. People forget that there all sorts of challenges in SA and you'll be hard-pressed to find couriers that go to outlying areas for reasonable rates. I cannot fault them and have used them on a LARGE scale business for years. 20 out of 10 for FastWay and their glorious team!
