2 weeks later and Fastway just full of excuses! When will i get my parcel?

<p>My parcel was sent out to me on 30 November. According to the courier fastway they attempted to deliver and there was nobody at the premises. This is the first falsehood as I was personally available on the day they supposedly tried to deliver. There were also four other people at the address and are always there 24/7. Then i called the call centre and provided my mobile number. Upon calling back to enquire a week later I was told that they tried the number and it went to voicemail. Thats the second falsehood. This number is always switched on.. by some miracle if there was no reception I would have recieved a missed call notification. When I brought this to the attention of Michelle at the call centre she said they would contact me. They called and I answered and they hung up. My parcel is not for Christmas gifts for Fastway courier staff. I have paid for items. The courier fee was also paid. DELIVER MY PARCEL!!!!</p>
