1st in line NO WAY

<p>I ordered something via Internet. The supplier sent the parcel via Fast way(NO WAY). I tracked the parcel to see the progress. To my surprise the update I received was that they tried to deliver the parcel but the premises were closed. I have been at work the entire week till 17h00. Today I tried calling from my cell and was on a quing system. I was second in line then moved up to first. Had to eventually cut the call after 45 minutes. The reception does not answer even after 10 minutes. Tried calling again and same story. I have no words to explain my frustration. ........ FAST WAY .... NO WAY. ...</p>
