1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this delivery company's incompetence at all costs. My order has been stuck with them since June 13th, and the "customer service" has been an absolute nightmare.

Every call results in being transferred to different representatives and branches, with no one taking responsibility or providing clear answers. After persistent begging, I was finally given the driver's number, only to be met with rudeness and demands to stop calling. Despite leaving a voicemail and repeated calls, the driver failed to call back as promised.

The excuse given by the office - that the driver's car broke down on Friday - is unacceptable. As a customer, I'm left dealing with the fallout, including a cancelled order and a refund request from my client. The portraits I was supposed to deliver are now useless to me.

The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care is appalling. I demand a better explanation for this fiasco and expect compensation for the losses incurred.
