13 days, no delivery and rude

I was informed the driver was unable to reach me, i made arrangements with fastway that the parcel get delivered at a new address where my spouse would be able to sign and is available at anytime. After one week not hearing anything i contacted MRP Sport (as this is where i ordered from and the parcel is being sent through fastway) which in turn i also dit not recieve any reply. After a huge struggle we managed to get a hold of the drivers number and contact him to find out when he will be delivering. Not only did we have to contact him over 50 times which he did not answer, was he rude and kept giving times which he would deliver. We even offered to meet him somewhere after work which he agreed and just did not answer his phone. We have contacted him yet again today, he arrogantly said he would deliver today, yet i have not recieved my parcel. Never have i struggled to get my parcels, but then again this is the first time i am trying to recieve my parcel from Michael ( ********** 779). I really feel he could at least be friendly and keep to his word.
