12 Days with empty promises

Parcel was collect from store in klerksdorp delivery Postmasburg 21 Dec until now the 6 January i haven't received my parcel. When contacting them all including the owner of the branch I have had no joy in Fastway Couriers they are not committed on delivering, no customer service this is the worlds worst courier company that a person can use with absolute no service
