I understand fastway is *** but the plk branch is 100 times ***, they have a principle that their drivers are on the road for 2days max after dispatch to get to you, my parcel was dispatched on Thursday morning and they didn’t deliver on that day, friday came and no delivery or communication, Saturday came still nothing i then took upon my self to call on monday to demand my parcel and instead of sending an apology for going against their 2 days principle they became defensive and i asked the for the manager and she too was defensive that their drivers couldn’t get to all the customers in time! and it’s unfortunate because when someone defends their error they are not willing to improve or fix their mistakes.

Every time i am told that my parcel will be delivered by fastway i get stressed same time, Dpd laser always does it for me ❤️.
