0 stars for the worst service!!

For the past three days, my parcel is being sent out for delivery but I never received it, instead I get a notification on SHEIN saying that my parcel has been left at West Bay 2/3 and will be delivered next day. When I phone customer support, I am given different reasons why my order is not being delivered, almost like I am being **** to.

Rather just tell me where to collect my parcel, because I cannot be home every single day waiting for a delivery that is not going to come .
