Poor service from a drunk Fastrak worker at Tsakane mall

I bought a hair trimmer from Fastrak Tsakane yesterday and when I got home to cut my hair, the trimmer blades weren't as pleasing as I had wanted them to be.

I went back to the store today morning to query about the Wahl trimmer. I didn't feel like a customer when I got to the store, one of the staff members gave me a very bad attitude and I was so polite. His name is Amohelo or Kamohelo, he swore at me for seeking help about the malfunctioning item I bought. The guy was very intoxicated, he smells of booze and by my knowledge, no one is allowed to work drunk. He exclaimed "Voetsek!" in front of the manager and he didn't do anything.

This needs to be taken forward, I am very sad to find such bad service in a field where customer service is key. I'm one of the few retail workers out here, and I am not pleased by Fastrak and their Staff. Especially in Tsakane mall.
