Pathetic after sales service

Bought a car stereo from this store on the 5th of September 2025. Radio broke within the one year warranty period and I then tried contacting them to ask how one can return the unit back for repairs. I called the national landline and was met with hostility and indifference from the lady who was on the line.

I had to ship the unit at my own expense and have not heard anything back from the business in 3 weeks. Shame on you Fastrak!
