NOT A GOOD QUALITY

I Bought a Bluetooth speaker for R3000 IN oct 2020 hardly 2 months in dec 2020 I returned the speaker as it was faulty and I was given another new Bluetooth speaker, 29th of March 2021 new speaker doesn't switch on and when I inform the manager that I want rather a refund, He tells me that I must hand in the speaker for repairs and give them 4 weeks which I refuse and I want to be rather refunded as this speakers showed that they are not of good quaity
