False advertising on smart TV.

Fastrack Menlyn branch ,I am not happy with your service and how you serve your customers . I bought a smart TV at this branch in December 2024 and to my suprise I could not download anything with the TV,DStv catch up,showmax you name them,can not be downloaded on the so called "smart TV".so after realising this I went to the branch in April and the area manager Michael "Mr M" was contacted, apparently he bought the same TV as mine and he indeed confirmed that his TV is also giving him the same problem and he advised the manager to advise me to buy a TV box,how can I buy a TV box for a smart TV??how is it possible.so I went back again and they promised to call me regarding the issue and I am still waiting for their call till today .Fastrack do what is right for me as the customer because I cant spend so much money on something that is not what you said is.you advertised that TV as smart and it does not do what smart TVs do.The manager of the branch is not even honest, telling me he is still new in that branch.so if your new you can't solve the customers quiry????
