Complain

Hi, I had bought a Iron at Fastrak in Tsakani Mall (Russell Hobbs) brand thinking they sell good quality. I used it for few months then it separated the steel bottom part from the upper part. I took it back to the store that very same day because it still had a guarantee. They Said they take 6 weeks to repair returned items then they call me after 7 weeks to say it’s was a physical damage they cannot fix it. But when I took it there they could see it didn’t fall not dents to proof that it maybe fall it’s just dislocated. I wrote their head office an email complaining about this issue they haven’t responded to me. I want them to replace this iron I cannot fix this iron after waiting so long for it to be replaced.
