Since I have send my speaker box to be fixed as it still under guarantee even now they haven't called me back to get it, I have gone there several times to find out what's happening and mo joy and the person assisting is so unhelpful and has an attitude towards customers they sad it only take 6 weeks to fix it but now it's almost 2 months and 2 weeks since the 14 July 2022.i really need help with getting assistance as the I see no help from the respective staff at fastrak commissioner between von brandis and calton centre and its better they refund me my R720.00 and buy to a shop who takes its customers seriously, who respect and cherish their customers unlike them. Their service is so disgusting and unwelcoming and when call there no joy or respond.
