Bad supply

Bought a speaker 2 weeks Back a 15inch sub ...only played once ..in less than a hour the speaker went off tried to take to the sales man n the manager they told me its there company policy ..that once the speaker is out of the shop they dont refund nor exchange ....Tsakane mall Fastrak...manager is Siyabonga ...sales man Thabang ...even called the head office spoke to a lady named Thoko bt couldn't get any help about this issue....
