Bad Customer Service

I have bought a sound bar in December 2020 and everything was fine until the sound went mute on me and no longer worked. The sound bar was bought at randburg and since I was still working there would have been fine to take it back there where I bought it. I then looked for a closer shop(branch) and went to commissioner where the stuff was'nt helpful. they told me to take it back where I bought it which is so much of an inconvinience on my part(the place is now far for me). All I wanted is for them to replace the damn thing and they only told me they will book it in for months which was total bull****!!! why is it that branches are not communicating because after all they are all under the same brand name! in futute treat your customers with respect after all i brought in business to your brand not limited to the shop and I expect to walk out any store being assisted!
