Bad Customer Expirience

<p>I had placed a laybye with fastrak at Jabulani and when I went to take out the laybe the store had closed down. I then called their head office at N4 Gateway, Cnr Soloman Mahlangu Drive & Bronkhorstspruit Rd<br />Pretoria,Tel : ********** . The lady that assisted me told me to go to the store in Shop # 06<br />Vuselela Place, Cnr Loveday & Bree Street,Johannesburg. When I got there, i was told that they don't have the THT - 9200 sound systems anymore and their manufactures don't make them anymore. I was then given a choice to take something else or get a refund. I told them to give me a refund. Bare in my that when I did this laybye i paid in cash. They then asked me to provide them with a bank statement and I asked why as I had paid in cash. I was told that it will serve as "proof". I still don't know what proof they wanted from my bank statement. Nonetheless, I sent it ********** and was told that my refund will be processed and will reflect on my account the same day. I have been calling Jacob to no avail. I called their head office and the refund lady refused to speak to me. I'm yet to be contacted by them. </p>
