BEWARE OF FASTBIT FIBRE NETWORK BLOEMFONTEIN

We got Fastbit on the 30/04/2018 to have a look if they can install wireless internet for us, they came to our property and said there's excellent signal and everything seems perfect all we need to do is make the first payment for the installation, which we did on the 30/04/2018, they were very eager for the payment and phoned us several times to remind us that they need the payment urgently otherwise the promotion of the first 3 months free wireless internet will expire. After the payment was made they kept extending the installation date with a different excuse every time and eventually they stopped responding and we just couldn't get hold of them anymore. They wouldn't respond to phone calls/messages/emails. So i sent them a Refund request letter on the 21/05/2018 and numerous times after that and till today 07/08/2018 i am waiting for a refund.
