WORST SERVICE

Like i am totally and utterly disappointed with this SVE they have in place with regards to uploading a statement!!! That not being the only thing worst,i have sent my statement via my banking app too and still no word from any of them!!!! Like this is really not on...nobody here is doing anybody a favour. We need each other but if this is how things are done,i am seriously contemplating on just hanging their boots
