Very poor service

i have app**** the loan at fasta *** on 23 April 2020. i decided not to take your offer which means i do not owe them. Then they continue and send the information yo all credit bureaus that i owe them. i thought maybe they will reverse this information from credit bureaus. since then they did not remove their information from my profile. they were quick to send the information to credit bureaus within 24 hours. Can you remove your information as i do not owe you.. Do not use this company because you will not get hold of them when you have problem with them as they do not have a telephone number to contact them.
