Very bad loan Company

I don't want to give any stars! I have finished paying one account in December and on my profile that account shows still open with money I owe them. My second loan which I'm paying last installment now, the agreement was debit order date the 25th, they start trying to deduct from the 20th, putting my bank account in arrears. They send email to say they will get back to me in 4 work hours and then I never hear from them again. No phone numbers available. I think this Company needs to close down and must be reported to NCR.
