Unsatisfactory Customer Service

On the 25th of May 2023 a debit order went through on my bank account which left me with a balance of R1847.. that I paid on the 25th of May 2023 but up until today(30th of May 2023) has not been credited against my debt even though proof of payment has been provided. I have contacted them many times but still no resolution.
