Unhappy with Fasta Pty Ltd

My name is Henry i always rate fasta as best but lately they disspointed me. They handover my accounts to their attorney since i miss payment in December 2021.January this year i made my payment in full via their attorney. Now i sent them proof of payment of my loan and i requested paid up letter. Their failing to repond on my email and they landline phone is not working. And when i checked my staus under free crdit check still shows my account still in arrears. But what worry me is i am not getting any respond to my email from them. I am very disappointed
