Been applying online since the 5th of May 2021. After endless support emails sent and reapplying still no joy. Even finally after getting hold of their phone number neither Mandy or Candice can advise what is happening with my application. Was advised telephonically they are unable to advise when they will be able to resolve this issue. 20 reapplicatiins and over 10 contracts signed and absolutely nothing heard from Fasta. Was also very rudely informed after my fourth call and endless emails that every time i reapp**** it affected my credit score yet they sent me emails advising the applications have been cancelled. This is very unprofessional and misleading after being a client with Fasta so long after this experience I do not recommend anyone to this online, no support, misleading company.
