UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I had a loan with FASTA, after the account was paid up they deducted another installment of R2500 which was not yet refunded in 3 months

They keep saying it has been escalated to technical team with my new banking details and after 2 months still no feedback

!! UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY ARE QUICK TO HAND YOU OVER BUT WHEN IT COMES TO YOU RECEIVING YOUR OWN MONEY THAT IS OWED TO YOU FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS THEY ATE NOT VERY FASTA!!
